Harris-Crane is currently seeking a Logistics Specialist on our Customer Service Team who will receive, schedule, organize, input, verify and resolve any discrepancies directly with carriers, customers or team members.

This will be an in-person position in our Braselton, GA office that will work closely with coworkers in other locations and include some required travel.

4-year degree in Business or related field

• Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Excellent verbal (telephone), written (email) and interpersonal communication skills

• Critical thinking, solution oriented, team player; self-management

• High attention to detail with ability to multitask and accurately report information

• Process and coordinate Salt, Limestone and/or Calcium Chloride orders, ensuring accuracy 

• Respond to inquiries and challenges in a timely manner to maintain high level of confidence and satisfaction with existing customers, suppliers and carriers

• Develop processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized

• Assist and coordinate with other team members as needed
