David Harris
Mr. Harris is a graduate of NC State University. He and Mr. John Crane founded the company back in 1952. Mr. Harris served as President until Mr. Ted Bartee was voted into the position in 1995. Mr. Harris was conisdered innovator in the feed business and was always looking for new products to improve livestock feed. Mr. Harris passed away in August 2012.

John Crane
Mr. Crane was one of the best soybean meal traders in the south-east and known far and wide as one of the nicest, most genuine people around. He served until shortly before his death on August 1, 2004 as vice president of Harris Crane. Mr. Crane was an avid golfer and would stop business at 10:00am every Wednesday morning so that all of the Harris-Crane employees could call to make tee times for his weekly golf match.

Patti Leigh services soybean meal contracts. She makes sure shipments arrive on time and that our clients have just the right amount headed their way to make their feed. During Patti Leigh’s history with Harris-Crane, she has worn as many hats as anyone in the industry. Her knowledge of logistics and the feed and grain industries makes her an integral part of the Harris-Crane's brokerage business. Patti Leigh is our resident gourmet, and occasionally makes home-made lunch for her Harris-Crane family. Her daughter, Jessica, also lives in Charlotte.

Patricia and her husband, Mike live in Iron Station, NC where she is close-by to her children and three grandchildren. Victoria, her daughter, is in her senior year at Clover High School and plans to attend York Tech after she graduates in June 2016. Christine enjoys decorating, cooking, TarHeel basketball, Carolina Panthers football and hanging out with her kids.
